This document provides the Project Management Handbook and Quality Assurance Plan of NOMAD Project.
Abstract
This deliverable consist of two parts. The first part is a
detailed description of the management structure and
processes within the NOMAD project. The second part of the
deliverable describes the Quality Assurance Plan. This part
is complementary to the Handbook and the Management
guidelines of the first part. The second part consists of all
guidelines that have to be followed in order to guarantee the
quality of work. All partners should consider these
guidelines in order to ensure the transparency of the work
for the best co-operation and future possible modifications.
Abstract
The acheivments of the project are presented throughout this
document. A special section is devoted to those results with
exploitation potential that the project participants consider of
primary importance.
